Domestic shipping times may vary depending on the item and delays by the carrier. Typically, items are processed up to 72 hours after purchase and will ship between 5-10 business day. For more specific shipping times, please refer to the shipping info section at the bottom of the product page. Rush shipping may be available on certain items for an additional cost.

Pre-rolled cones are final sale only due to health and safety precautions. In order to receive a full refund or credit on other eligible items, the product must be returned in the original packaging up to 14 days after receiving. Please fill out the return form, prior to shipping the return. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs any and all returns or exchanges.

Once your return is processed, refunds usually take 2-10 business days to return to your account.
